Your information should be handled with care.
This notice explains the information Legal Solicit uses to provide its Ghanaian legal education, case-briefing, research and drafting services. It should be reviewed by qualified Ghanaian counsel before paid access is activated.
Information we handle
We may handle account details such as an email address, telephone number, selected account role and sign-in records; documents and facts submitted for a requested service; generated outputs; payment references and subscription status; and limited technical or usage records needed for security and reliability. We do not ask for a payment-card number directly.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate users, deliver requested services, detect duplicate judgments, improve retrieval, prevent abuse, maintain service records, administer subscriptions and comply with applicable obligations. Uploaded material is not presented publicly merely because it was uploaded. A judgment accepted into the shared judgment library may be made discoverable as legal-source material.
Service providers
Hosting, database, authentication, document-processing, advertising and payment providers may process the limited information needed to perform their contracted function. Legal drafting merges supplied facts with the selected administrator precedent inside the Legal Solicit system without sending each drafting request to a paid language-processing provider. Automated processing assists some outputs; a human legal professional is not guaranteed to review every result.
Cookies and advertising
Legal Solicit uses or may use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, web beacons or similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalise and measure advertisements, detect fraud and produce aggregated reports. Depending on a visitor's location and choices, advertisements may be personalised or non-personalised.
Consent and advertising choices
Where applicable, visitors will be shown a consent message that permits them to accept, reject or manage advertising choices. Visitors may also manage browser cookies and review Google's advertising controls. Rejecting optional advertising storage may result in non-personalised or limited advertising, but should not prevent access to Legal Solicit's public educational material.
Audience measurement
We use privacy-conscious first-party audience measurement to understand page views, approximate country, device category, browser, operating system and referring website. Random browser and session identifiers are irreversibly hashed before storage; Legal Solicit does not store raw IP addresses in its audience table. Repeated views of the same page within a short interval are suppressed, browser Do Not Track preferences are respected, and audience records are retained for no longer than thirteen months.
Retention and security
We retain records only for legitimate service, security, legal and continuity purposes. Duplicate-upload controls are designed to avoid retaining unnecessary repeat judgment files. No online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to lawful retention and integrity requirements, by emailing legalsolicits@gmail.com. Uploads and drafting facts must be non-confidential, authorised for use and free of unnecessary personal information. A processing notice and confirmation are displayed before submission.
