By accessing Legal Solicit, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. These launch terms should be reviewed by qualified Ghanaian counsel before paid access is activated.

Educational and research service

Legal Solicit provides general legal education and software-assisted research, briefing and drafting support. Outputs may contain omissions or errors and do not constitute legal advice, representation, a solicitor-client relationship or a guarantee of the current law.

Your responsibilities

You must verify authorities, quotations, legislation, rules, deadlines and factual statements against the judgment or other current official source before relying on them. Every uploaded document and submitted drafting fact must be non-confidential and authorised for use. You must remove privileged, confidential and unnecessary personal information before submission.

Accounts

Keep sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You may not share paid access, defeat access controls, scrape the service, overload it, introduce malicious content or use it to violate another person's rights.

Submitted material and permitted processing

You retain your rights in authorised submitted material. You permit Legal Solicit and its service providers to extract and process it to deliver and secure the requested function, including duplicate detection and retrieval of a previously completed canonical judgment brief. Legal drafting now merges supplied facts with the selected administrator precedent without a paid language-processing provider. This permission does not authorise you to upload material you do not have a right to use.

Paid services

Price, duration, included access and renewal terms will be displayed before payment. Access begins only after payment is verified. Refunds are governed by the published refund policy. We may change future pricing with notice, without retroactively changing a completed paid period.

Availability and changes

We may correct content, suspend abusive use, maintain the system, change features or discontinue a service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or any search-engine, academic, professional or litigation outcome.
